What is a "Deneba"?

Back in 1984-85, when the time came to pick a name for the company, we tossed around quite a few names. We finally settled on the name "Deneba"(pronounced "DEN-ah-buh" by joining the name of a star in the Cygnus constellation called Deneb, and the letter "a" (to make it unique).

We have since found out that Captain Kirk of the Starship Enterprise visited "Deneba" (curiously not Deneb) once or twice in his career. The name Deneba has also been used in a number of science-fiction novels. It seem to be a popular place.
